This notice explains how personal data of visitors who browse the website and use the contact form is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Data we process
- Data you provide. Full name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of the message sent through the contact form.
- Technical security data. Referring page, language, date and time of the request and a non-reversible hash of the IP address, used only to limit abusive submissions. The plain IP address is not stored by the form.
- Cookie choice log. A random browser identifier, the choice made, the categories accepted, language, page, browser type and date. IP addresses are not recorded.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to information and quotation requests: performance of pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the fields marked as required is necessary in order to reply.
- Protecting the website and the form against abuse and automated submissions: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Documenting the choices made in the cookie banner: the obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) and the controller’s legitimate interest.
Methods and retention period
Data is processed by electronic means and stored on protected servers. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in any case, for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise or it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Cookie choices remain valid in the browser for 180 days.
Recipients of the data
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed, as data processors or service providers, by:
- the provider of the website’s hosting and backup infrastructure;
- Google Ireland Limited, for the interactive map (Google Maps) shown on the Contact page;
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You have the right to ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR).
